  • Custom-made paintings are only produced after customer approval is received. Therefore, returns cannot be accepted for personalized products that have received customer approval.
  • However, in cases where there is a manufacturing error, printing error or the wrong product is sent, re-shipment is possible for personalized products.
  • Once your artwork is completed, any refund requests will be subject to design fees. Our design fees start at 700 TL, depending on the design.
